Outdoor gathering spaces

Patio cleaning for a fresher outdoor gathering space.

Surface-aware cleaning for eligible concrete patios that collect dirt, pollen, organic buildup, and outdoor stains.

About this patio cleaning service

Patios collect soil, pollen, leaf marks, food spills, and green or dark outdoor buildup where people gather. Concrete patio washing can refresh an eligible surface, but the plan still needs to account for furniture, grills, doors, landscaping, drainage, coatings, and existing wear.

Many patios mix concrete with stone, pavers, brick, painted areas, or delicate finishes. Send wide and close photos so we can identify the material, confirm which patio surfaces qualify, and separate ordinary cleaning from repair or restoration work.

Properties and surfaces that fit

  • Sound residential concrete patios with workable access and drainage
  • Rental-property and move-in or move-out concrete patio cleaning
  • Eligible ground-level commercial or shared concrete patios that can be cleared and coordinated around normal use
  • Patio surfaces with ordinary dirt, pollen, organic buildup, and stains appropriate for evaluation

Our patio cleaning approach

  1. Identify the patio material, finish, cracks, repairs, stains, drainage, and painted, coated, loose, or delicate materials nearby.
  2. Confirm the exact surface included and protect adjacent doors, walls, outlets, fixtures, furniture, and landscaping.
  3. Clean eligible concrete with controlled pressure, rinse the agreed area, and review stains or wear that remain.

Before we arrive

  • Remove furniture, rugs, planters, grills, decorations, and loose items.
  • Close nearby doors and windows and point out any known leaks.
  • Identify painted, stained, sealed, repaired, or delicate surfaces.
  • Plan to keep the area clear while it dries.

Results, limits, and conditions that may change the plan

  • Stone, brick, specialty pavers, wood, painted surfaces, coatings, and delicate materials are not automatically included and require separate evaluation.
  • Rust, oil, paint, fertilizer marks, organic staining, and permanent discoloration may improve without disappearing completely.
  • Loose mortar, damaged edges, cracks, failing finishes, unstable pavers, or weak concrete may make some or all of a patio unsuitable for cleaning.
  • Patio cleaning does not include joint repair, leveling, sealing, painting, resurfacing, or restoration.

Frequently asked

Questions to answer before scheduling.

Can you clean a patio and driveway during one visit?

Yes, those areas can be included in the same quote. Send separate photos of each one so we can see the size, material, and access.

Should patio furniture be moved first?

Yes. Furniture, rugs, grills, planters, toys, and decorations should be moved far enough away to keep the work area clear.

Can you clean stone or paver patios?

Those materials are not automatically included because stone type, joint condition, sealers, coatings, and loose areas can change what is safe. Send detailed photos for an eligibility review.

Will patio cleaning remove every dark or green mark?

Not necessarily. Ordinary surface buildup may improve significantly, while absorbed stains, failing finishes, material discoloration, and some organic marks can remain.
