Public properties

Clearly scoped exterior cleaning for eligible public properties.

Send a direct-quote, bid, or site-walk inquiry for eligible sidewalks, entrances, facility concrete, and one-story or ground-access exteriors.

Projects we can review

Public-property cleaning requests often need a defined location, clear surface list, access notes, timing requirements, and a contact who can answer scope questions. We can review small, focused projects and determine whether the requested areas fit our current equipment and service limits.

South Mississippi Power Washing is licensed and insured in Mississippi. A quote, bid request, or site walk begins a review; it does not assume that every public facility, procurement requirement, or specialty surface will be a fit.

  • Public sidewalks, entry walks, and concrete steps at eligible sites
  • Small park, pavilion, or facility concrete areas with workable access
  • Ground-level entrances, porches, patios, and gathering areas
  • Eligible one-story or ground-access siding on public buildings
  • A defined group of small sites submitted for a multi-location review
  • Direct-quote, bid, or site-walk inquiries with a documented cleaning scope

How the inquiry moves forward

Send the request

Provide the location or site list, requested surfaces, project contact, response deadline, and whether the request is for a direct quote, bid review, or site walk.

Review access and requirements

We check height, surface condition, water and vehicle access, public-use constraints, schedule, and any required paperwork before confirming fit.

Walk the site when useful

For requests that cannot be understood from photos and written details, we can discuss whether an on-site review is the right next step.

Confirm the proposed scope

The response identifies the eligible locations and surfaces under consideration, along with the practical access and scheduling details needed to plan the work.

What to prepare

  • Identify the project contact, decision process, response deadline, and requested work window.
  • Provide site maps, photos, measurements, or location lists that define the requested areas.
  • Share access rules, public-use hours, gates, traffic or pedestrian constraints, and known events.
  • List required forms, insurance documentation, bid instructions, or procurement conditions for review.
  • Point out cracks, coatings, repairs, leaks, damaged material, drainage issues, and other known site concerns.

Current service limits

  • Roof cleaning and multi-story exterior washing are not part of the current service menu.
  • Industrial cleaning, specialty remediation, fleet washing, and large parking-area cleaning are not offered.
  • Restoration, repair, painting, striping, concrete sealing, and other corrective trades are outside the cleaning scope.
  • A bid or site-walk inquiry does not guarantee procurement eligibility, bonding, special insurance limits, schedule availability, or project acceptance.
  • Oxidation, fading, oil, rust, paint, tire marks, permanent staining, and existing damage may remain after cleaning.

Frequently asked

Municipalities project questions.

Can we send a direct-quote or bid request?

Yes. Send the location, requested surfaces, response deadline, project contact, and relevant documents. We will review the work and requirements before confirming whether we can provide a response.

Can you walk a public site before quoting?

A site walk may be useful when photos and written measurements do not show the full scope. Send the basic project details first so we can determine whether the request fits our current service menu.

Do you handle multiple municipal locations?

You can submit a multi-location inquiry. Each site, surface, access condition, and schedule is reviewed before any locations are included in a proposed scope.

Do you clean large parking areas or vehicle fleets?

No. Large parking-area cleaning and fleet washing are outside the current service menu. We focus on eligible sidewalks, entries, smaller concrete areas, and one-story or ground-access exteriors.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. South Mississippi Power Washing is licensed and insured in Mississippi.
