Before we arrive

Results, limits, and conditions that may change the plan
- Wood, composite decking, painted porch floors, specialty pavers, brick, coatings, columns, ceilings, and delicate materials are not automatically included.
- Rust, oil, paint, fertilizer marks, leaf stains, and permanent discoloration may improve without disappearing completely.
- Loose mortar, damaged edges, severe cracks, weak concrete, failing finishes, or vulnerable thresholds may limit the service.
