Exterior house cleaning should account for all the materials and openings around a home. Our residential house-washing service uses a gentler approach around siding, trim, soffits, windows, doors, vents, and fixtures instead of treating the building like a concrete driveway.
We currently focus on one-story homes with workable ground-level access. Send wide photos of every side you want included and close photos of heavy buildup or existing damage so we can confirm the scope and prepare a clear house-washing quote.

Our house washing approach
- Review the home’s exterior materials, openings, fixtures, landscaping, visible wear, and access before work begins.
- Confirm the sides and accessible trim included, protect nearby property, and use a lower-pressure house-washing method suited to the materials and condition.
- Complete a controlled rinse, inspect the agreed areas, and identify marks caused by fading, oxidation, damage, or permanent staining.
Before we arrive
- Close and secure doors and windows and make sure exterior openings are properly sealed.
- Move vehicles, furniture, decorations, flags, hoses, and loose items beyond the spray area.
- Point out known leaks, loose materials, damaged seals, failing paint, exterior outlets, cameras, or fragile fixtures.
- Keep children and pets away and identify sensitive plants or exterior water-access concerns before the visit.
Results, limits, and conditions that may change the plan
- House washing is limited to one-story buildings with workable ground-level access. Roof washing is a separate, evaluation-first service, and multi-story house washing is not advertised.
- Oxidation, fading, paint failure, rust, artillery-fungus marks, and permanent staining may remain after surface buildup is cleaned.
- Loose siding, active leaks, damaged seals, failing finishes, or other vulnerable materials may need repair before washing can be considered.
- Cleaning improves eligible exterior surfaces; it does not repaint, restore finishes, repair damage, or guarantee that every mark will disappear.
