Information a quote request collects
The quote form collects your name, phone number, optional email address, customer type, city, ZIP code, requested service, preferred reply method, and the job details you provide. For rental, managed-property, municipal, and other professional requests, it may also collect an organization name, project type, number of properties or sites, and target date. It also records the page used for the request and advertising-attribution details such as campaign tags or a Google click identifier when those details are present.
How the information is used
South Mississippi Power Washing uses the information to review the request, prepare a written estimate when appropriate, contact you about the work, prevent duplicate or abusive form submissions, and understand which advertising produces legitimate inquiries and booked work. Quote details are not sold.
Service providers
Quote requests are stored with the website's hosting provider and emailed through Resend. Advertising-attribution information may be shared with Google to measure advertising.
Advertising measurement
We use Google Analytics and Google Ads to measure website visits, quote requests, and qualifying phone calls. Campaign tags and advertising click identifiers help attribute requests to ads. Some ad visitors see a Google forwarding number that routes calls to our business.
Advertising measurement is enabled for website quote requests. After a quote request is successfully saved, we normalize and hash your email address, when provided, and phone number using SHA-256 before sending those hashes to Google with the quote conversion. Google may match them with its account data to measure advertising. Hashing does not make this information anonymous. We do not send your name, project address, or quote details for this matching.
We record the measurement setting, the notice version, and the submission time with the quote request. Contact data for matching is not saved in browser storage or sent as Google Analytics event parameters. Matching is limited to the quote-conversion event, and personalized advertising remains disabled.
Photos and text messages
Property photos are not uploaded through this website. After a request is confirmed, you may choose to send photos through your own messaging app. Standard carrier messaging terms may apply.
Your choices
You may request a quote by phone instead of the form. To ask about a quote record or request a correction, call or text (601) 641-9632. Advertising and browser controls may also let you limit cookies or personalized advertising.
Security and retention
Reasonable technical controls are used to protect submitted information and limit automated abuse. Records are kept only as long as reasonably needed for quote follow-up, business records, advertising measurement, and legal obligations.
