You can request a single area, several buildings, or a list of properties. We review height, materials, access, and the size of the job before confirming what we can include.

Exterior-cleaning maintenance contracts
If you need ongoing cleaning, we can put together a maintenance agreement for your property. The proposal will identify the areas included, how often they’ll be cleaned, and the price. Access, resident coordination, and scheduling are worked out before service begins.
A busy entrance may need attention more often than a building exterior. We can discuss a schedule for the areas you manage, whether that means one community or several locations. One-time cleaning and rental-turn requests are welcome too.

Working around residents and daily use
Before scheduling, we’ll discuss resident notices, parked vehicles, gates, water access, and the entrances that need to stay available. Let us know about leasing appointments, deliveries, or other activity that affects the work area.
When a property needs cleaning in stages, we’ll work through the sequence with your on-site contact. Management coordinates resident notices and keeps people, pets, vehicles, and belongings clear of active work areas.

We’ll follow up about surfaces, building height, access, and job size. Photos or a site visit can help define the work.
Review the written quote
You’ll receive the included areas and pricing before scheduling. For maintenance agreements, we’ll also set out the cleaning frequency and arrangements for each visit.
What to prepare
- Start with the address or property list and a short description of what needs cleaning.
- Include a target date and the approving or on-site contact, if known.
- Photos, access notes, and vendor paperwork requirements can follow after the initial request.
- Point out leaks, loose materials, coatings, or damaged surfaces during the scope review.
