Projects we can review
A rental turn, inspection, move-in, or owner visit can put exterior appearance on a short list of practical priorities. We can review a single property or a defined group of addresses and help identify which one-story siding and ground-access concrete areas fit our current service menu.
South Mississippi Power Washing is licensed and insured in Mississippi. We keep the scope clear, review access and surface condition before scheduling, and avoid promising restoration when a surface needs repair or specialty treatment instead of routine cleaning.
- One-story siding at an eligible vacant or occupied rental
- Driveways, sidewalks, entry paths, and concrete steps
- Concrete porches, patios, and ground-access gathering areas
- Eligible ground-level common-area concrete at managed properties
- Rental-turn cleaning coordinated around a practical target date
- Overflow or backup-vendor work within the current service menu
- Multi-site inquiries with each address and surface reviewed before quoting
How the inquiry moves forward
Share the properties
Send the address or property list, the areas under consideration, site count, and any target date or turnover window.
Document the surfaces
Provide wide and close photos, or ask whether a site walk makes sense for a larger or less straightforward request.
Confirm the fit
We review height, access, materials, condition, nearby belongings, and whether each requested area is within the current service limits.
Set the scope
The quote identifies the locations and surfaces being considered so both sides can plan access, communication, and timing.
What to prepare
- Identify the property contact and who can approve the quote.
- Share access instructions, gate details, tenant coordination needs, and known restrictions.
- Move vehicles, furniture, planters, decorations, and loose belongings away from the work area.
- Point out leaks, loose siding, damaged seals, cracks, coatings, repairs, or other known surface concerns.
- Keep residents, visitors, children, and pets clear of the active work area.
Current service limits
- Roof cleaning and multi-story exterior washing are not part of the current service menu.
- Industrial cleaning, specialty remediation, fleet washing, and large parking-area cleaning are not offered.
- Restoration, repair, painting, concrete sealing, and other corrective trades are outside the cleaning scope.
- Oxidation, fading, oil, rust, paint, tire marks, permanent staining, and existing damage may remain after cleaning.
- Recurring, overflow, backup-vendor, and multi-site requests are reviewed as inquiries; availability and fit are confirmed before scheduling.
