Commercial cleaning

Exterior cleaning planned around your business.

Request one-time, recurring, or multi-site exterior cleaning for eligible offices, storefronts, restaurants, churches, rental communities, and other low-rise commercial properties.

Projects we can review

A clean entrance, walkway, building exterior, or shared outdoor area helps a property feel cared for before a customer, tenant, employee, or visitor walks through the door. We review ordinary exterior-cleaning needs for offices, storefronts, restaurants, churches, small facilities, rental communities, and similar commercial properties across the Pine Belt.

South Mississippi Power Washing is licensed and insured in Mississippi. We can coordinate one-time, recurring, or multi-location requests while keeping the site contact, operating hours, public access, written scope, and invoicing needs clear from the start.

  • Eligible low-rise building exteriors and ground-access exterior surfaces

How the inquiry moves forward

Describe the sites

Send the organization name, property address or site list, requested surfaces, site count, and the result you are trying to achieve.

Plan around operations

Share operating hours, access windows, tenant or customer traffic, site contacts, target dates, and whether the request is one-time, recurring, or multi-site.

Review conditions

We consider surface condition, height, drainage, water and equipment access, nearby vehicles and belongings, and whether a site walk is useful.

Confirm scope and scheduling

The written estimate identifies the accepted locations and surfaces, timing assumptions, access plan, and invoicing details before work is scheduled.

What to prepare

  • Identify the organization, approving contact, on-site contact, and invoicing contact.
  • Provide the property address or site list, site count, requested surfaces, target date, and preferred access window.
  • Explain operating hours, customer or tenant traffic, gate access, loading activity, and other scheduling constraints.
  • Move or arrange access around vehicles, furniture, signs, planters, merchandise, and loose belongings near the work area.
  • Point out leaks, damaged materials, failing paint, loose fixtures, coatings, drainage concerns, or other known surface conditions.
  • Note whether you are considering recurring service or need one scope coordinated across multiple locations.

Current service limits

  • High-rise exterior access is outside the standard commercial service scope.
  • Hazardous-material cleanup, industrial restoration, specialty remediation, and fleet washing are not offered.
  • Unusually large parking areas or projects outside the ordinary service menu require separate evaluation and are not automatically accepted.
  • Roof washing is evaluation-first; roofs with damage, unsafe access, unsuitable materials, or repair needs may require a roofer instead of cleaning.
  • Restoration, repair, painting, striping, concrete sealing, and other corrective trades are outside the cleaning scope.
  • Oxidation, fading, oil, rust, paint, tire marks, permanent staining, and existing damage may remain after cleaning.

Frequently asked

Commercial properties project questions.

What kinds of commercial properties do you clean?

We review ordinary exterior-cleaning requests for eligible offices, storefronts, restaurants, churches, small facilities, rental communities, and similar low-rise properties. The surfaces, height, access, condition, and site activity are confirmed before a scope is accepted.

Can cleaning be scheduled around business hours?

Possibly. Share your operating hours, preferred access window, customer or tenant traffic, and any site restrictions. We will review whether the requested timing and access can be handled safely and practically.

Do you accept recurring or multi-site commercial work?

Yes, we welcome recurring and multi-site inquiries. Each location, surface, access plan, schedule, and invoicing need is reviewed before the work is quoted or scheduled.

Do you wash commercial roofs?

We evaluate eligible residential and commercial roofs before quoting. Cleaning is not a repair, and roofs with leaks, damaged materials, unsafe access, failed seams, or other roofing-system concerns may need a qualified roofer instead.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. South Mississippi Power Washing is licensed and insured in Mississippi.
