What we clean
Even with bagged trash, household bins pick up leaks, dirt, and residue. If we are already coming for another exterior-cleaning job, you can ask to add the bins to the quote.
Bins need to be completely empty and placed where they can be cleaned and left open to drain. This is a cleaning add-on, not trash removal or a pest-control service.

How we handle the job
- Confirm that the bin is empty and contains no chemicals, sharp objects, or other unsafe material.
- Choose a cleaning spot away from vehicles, belongings, and foot traffic.
- Clean the agreed interior and exterior, then leave the lid open so the bin can drain and dry.
Before we arrive
- Empty all trash, bags, loose debris, and personal items.
- Remove hazardous material, chemicals, paint, oil, medical waste, sharp items, and animal waste.
- Place the bin where it can be accessed without blocking vehicles or walkways.
- Plan to leave the lid open while the bin dries.
What may not come out
- This is cleaning, not waste removal, pest treatment, repair, or a sanitization guarantee.
- Deep staining, absorbed odors, damaged plastic, paint, and permanent residue may remain.
- Bins containing unsafe or prohibited material will not be cleaned.
