Durable surfaces

Professional concrete cleaning for sound outdoor surfaces.

Controlled pressure cleaning for eligible residential and commercial concrete, including slabs, entries, and multi-area projects.

About this concrete cleaning service

Concrete is durable, but no two slabs have exactly the same age, finish, repairs, coatings, stains, or drainage. A professional concrete-cleaning plan starts by identifying the surface and its condition before selecting controlled pressure and rinse methods.

We clean eligible residential concrete and selected ground-level commercial or managed-property areas. For a useful quote, send wide photos of the complete slab or connected areas plus close views of oil, rust, paint, fertilizer marks, cracks, patches, coatings, or other conditions that may affect results.

Properties and surfaces that fit

  • Sound residential concrete slabs and mixed concrete cleaning projects
  • Eligible commercial concrete entrances, service areas, and ground-level common areas
  • Concrete sidewalks, pads, and connecting surfaces identified in the written quote
  • Properties where runoff, access, nearby materials, vehicles, and public use can be safely coordinated

Our concrete cleaning approach

  1. Inspect the concrete finish, age, repairs, cracks, coatings, staining, drainage, adjacent materials, and access.
  2. Confirm the exact concrete areas included and discuss any absorbed stains, weak surfaces, or site-use constraints.
  3. Use controlled pressure and a cleaning process suited to the eligible concrete rather than applying one setting everywhere.
  4. Rinse the agreed areas, review the result, and point out damage, discoloration, or stains that remain within the material.

Before we arrive

  • Move vehicles, furniture, planters, signs, hoses, equipment, and loose belongings clear of the work and runoff areas.
  • Identify recently poured, sealed, painted, patched, cracked, coated, or specialty concrete before scheduling.
  • Share operating hours, required entrances, deliveries, resident access, or other occupancy needs for commercial and managed properties.
  • Keep people and pets off active work areas and allow appropriate drying time before normal use resumes.

Results, limits, and conditions that may change the plan

  • Oil, rust, paint, fertilizer marks, tire marks, and deeply absorbed discoloration may improve without disappearing completely.
  • Cracks, spalling, weak areas, coatings, repairs, aggregate differences, and existing discoloration may become more visible once surrounding buildup is removed.
  • Recently poured, painted, sealed, coated, damaged, or specialty concrete requires closer evaluation and may not qualify for cleaning.
  • Concrete cleaning does not include sealing, resurfacing, structural repair, hazardous-material cleanup, industrial restoration, or guaranteed stain removal.

Frequently asked

Questions to answer before scheduling.

What concrete surfaces can you clean?

Eligible projects can include sound slabs, pads, entries, sidewalks, and selected residential or commercial common areas. Driveways, patios, walkways, and porches also have dedicated pages for those specific quote requests.

Do you offer commercial concrete cleaning?

Selected ground-level commercial entrances, service areas, sidewalks, and common areas may qualify after we review the surface, size, access, drainage, operating schedule, and public-use needs.

Can concrete pressure washing remove oil and rust?

Some marks may improve, but oil, rust, paint, fertilizer stains, and other substances can penetrate concrete or alter its finish. Complete stain removal is not guaranteed.

Do you clean painted or sealed concrete?

Those finishes need separate evaluation because pressure and cleaning solutions can affect weakened coatings. Tell us the finish and its age if known and send close photos before scheduling.
