Explain when the site is open, where people enter, which paths must remain available, and whether an event or other deadline affects the schedule. Weather, shade, drainage, and surface type all influence drying time.
The municipality should identify its responsible contact for approvals, public notices, access controls, and any on-site coordination it requires. Those details can then be reflected in the cleaning plan without assuming that the entire property can close.

During a site walk, confirm the boundaries, nearby materials, access, sequencing, preparation responsibilities, timing, and realistic cleaning limits. The written quote should describe the surfaces included so the department and service provider are discussing the same work.
