Cleaning for concrete porches, patios, walks, entries, and selected common areas that collect dirt, pollen, and weather stains.

What we clean

Porches, patios, walkways, entries, and common areas sit where people arrive, gather, and track in dirt. They also tend to be crowded with planters, furniture, signs, doors, and landscaping, so a little preparation goes a long way.

These areas often mix concrete with painted wood, brick, pavers, and coated surfaces. Tell us which parts you want cleaned and send photos so we can separate the cleanable concrete from anything that needs a different treatment.

Properties and surfaces that fit

  • Concrete patios and front porches in sound condition
  • Concrete sidewalks and entry paths
  • Concrete exterior steps
  • Eligible ground-level common or public areas that can be cleared for safe access

How we handle the job

  1. Identify the concrete to be cleaned and any painted, coated, loose, or delicate materials nearby.
  2. Set clear boundaries around doors, walls, landscaping, outlets, and fixtures.
  3. Clean and rinse the agreed areas, taking the material and existing wear into account.

Before we arrive

  • Remove furniture, rugs, planters, grills, decorations, and loose items.
  • Close nearby doors and windows and point out any known leaks.
  • Identify painted, stained, sealed, repaired, or delicate surfaces.
  • Plan to keep the area clear while it dries.

What may not come out

  • Wood, painted surfaces, specialty pavers, coatings, and delicate materials are not automatically included.
  • Rust, oil, paint, fertilizer marks, and permanent discoloration can remain.
  • Loose mortar, damaged edges, cracks, and failing finishes may make an area unsuitable for cleaning.
  • Large parking areas, industrial or specialty cleaning, and restoration work are not offered.

Frequently asked

Questions to answer before scheduling.

Can you clean a patio and driveway during one visit?

Yes, those areas can be included in the same quote. Send separate photos of each one so we can see the size, material, and access.

Should patio furniture be moved first?

Yes. Furniture, rugs, grills, planters, toys, and decorations should be moved far enough away to keep the work area clear.

Do you clean wooden decks?

Wood deck cleaning is not currently on our service list. This service focuses on concrete porches, patios, and walkways.
